But before asking us, please look for your answer here: |
Does the app work with iPad 2 or older, or older iPod Touch?
Our apps are compatible with iPad 2 and iPod Touch 4, but you’ll need to transfer images of your documents from your regular digital camera (camera resolution on those devices is too low for good scanning results).
My app is crashing after I take a picture or load from Album.
Please restart your iPhone. This will clear your phone's system memory and fix the problem.
The app won't download or can't be found after I bought it.
Please restart your iPhone, and if that does not restart the download process, try to repurchase the app from the App Store. Please use the same account so Apple does not charge you again.
The app won't send emails.
Sometimes the documents get stuck in the Outbox folder of Mail. Simply restarting your iPhone is usually enough to fix the problem.
Is there an Android, Blackberry or Windows version of TurboScan?
Unfortunately, there is currently no TurboScan for those devices. We might make it in the future.
My Dropbox (or Evernote, SkyDrive, Google Drive) app is not in the “Open PDF in” list of apps, even though I installed it.
When there are too many apps in the “Open in” list, the iOS won’t show all of them. If you have more than ten apps in the list, please delete some of those you don't use.
How can I send faxes with TurboScan?
You can use the “Open PDF in” function to one-tap open your scans in other free or paid fax apps, and send your faxes from there.
What is the difference between TurboScan and Perfect OCR?
The OCR function is not the only difference between Perfect OCR and TurboScan. TurboScan is a more advanced app with some cool functions that are missing in Perfect OCR. So, if the OCR is not crucial for you, we would suggest just buying TurboScan.
Does the app work with the iPad 3 or later, or iPod Touch 5?
Yes, our apps are compatible with and work well with newer iPad models. TurboScan also works natively with the iPod Touch 5.
